Ashley has been athletic her whole life: holding All-American titles in Track & Field, national qualifications in NPC Figure & Bikini competitions, and works in the fitness video industry.  She loves every aspect of the health and fitness world, enjoys sharing her knowledge with others, and prides herself on being an example.
Ashley understands that not everyone wants to be a fitness model or even have a 6-pack but ultimately everyone wants to know how to live better.  Whether it is moving better, feeling better, or eating better.  She also believes in living for a larger purpose than yourself.  Through her passion for health, Ashely donates a percentage of her profits to help organizations help others live a better quality of life.  From supporting local organizations who help clean up our beaches, to helping people with life-altering views like depression, and/or helping those across the world in Africa taste fresh water.  She believes that through her strengths as a trainers she can help you with your individual fitness goals, then in return help others prosper and flourish.

Brandon designs exercise and nutritional programs for those interested in improving their health and physical condition. He has studied various modalities of exercise both traditional and revolutionary, to overcome the harm of our “fast food society.” His personalized programs help individuals reach their goals both efficiently and effectively. He has instructed a variety of populations to help increase their physical fitness, ranging from beginners learning how to exercise, to those seeking weight loss, to athletes wanting to improve their performance. He also has a background in physical therapy, which enables him to work with the physically disabled and individuals seeking rehabilitation from old or new injuries.

Jessie has built her life revolving around fitness.  Her approach to educating and coaching her clients is through a designed, evolved, illuminated method.  She has been athletic her entire life- holding All State Honors Titles and Records in Lacrosse and Cross Country.  Being a leader has always been a natural talent, so combining with her intuitive expertise and experience is a winning recipe for the mind, body and spirit.  Her belief is, through commitment and honesty ensure successful results.
